The intrinsic strategic importance of the role of the temporary manager (TEM). In fact, it not only has the expertise to develop, on a medium-term mandate, the required markets but also has the fundamental function of reorganising the internal assets of the client company, analysing them, restructuring them and preparing them to manage the mission that it will develop.. In the absence of a prior rA company visit will not reap the benefits of this strategic collaboration. The goal, namely the acquisition of new international partners, is often a corporate action that is marginalized due to pressing consolidated management concerns, pure daily routine, a lack of clear vision, and, above all, a lack of prior objective definition.
The TEM addresses these areas of improvement by bringing experiences outside of the standard corporate framework, enriching the client's cultural background. It prepares the groundwork for better fulfilling its mission: finding new partners in new geographic areas to enhance the company's assets.
